Starry Starry Nights Lighted Christmas Park Opens Nov. 23
Sun, November 4, 2018 8:41 PM

YES……. Llano will have our Starry Starry Nights Lighted Christmas Park again this year! That has been one of the questions asked after the severe flooding and damage to Badu Park along the Llano River.

Our Lighted Christmas Park will open on November 23 at 6 pm the day after Thanksgiving, and will be open every evening from 6-9 pm until New Year’s Eve. Come on out to the park and visit with Santa every Friday & Saturday evening from 6-8 pm until December 22. Bring the family and enjoy a stroll through a winter wonderland on the Llano River with a lighted walkway created with twinkling arches. Your holiday spirit will soar as you sip hot chocolate along the trail and revel in whimsical and joyful lighted Christmas displays. At the end of your journey, you can roast marshmallows over an open fire and make yourself a s’mores treat, all while making memories with your family. There is no charge to walk through Starry Starry Nights, but donations are always welcome. Make sure to add our Lighted Christmas Park to the top of your list this Christmas season!

December 1 in Llano will be a very busy day starting with the Reindeer 5K Run across the Llano River. Follow this up with the Woman’s Culture Club Holiday Home Tour and the Sip & Stroll on the Llano Square and end your day watching the Lighted Christmas Parade which starts at 6 pm and travels down Ford Street and around the Llano County Courthouse.

SNOW DAY will be December 8 from 1-9 pm. YES!! There will be sled riding in Badu Park for kids of all ages. Wristbands will be required; but no need to bring a sled, they will be provided.
