Joe Robert Williams, III, 78, of Sunrise Beach, TX, formerly of San Antonio, TX passed away on November 19, 2020. He was born on September 15, 1942 to Joe Robert Williams Jr. and Merdell Conaway in Georgetown, TX. Mr. Williams was a beloved science teacher at Rhodes Middle School for over 33 years for the San Antonio ISD.
