First there were seven, then six, then three, then one. On Wednesday, that number increased to five with the appointment of Mary Daniel, Tom Engler, Gail Morris, and Belinda Roberts to serve varying terms on the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association Board of Directors. The HSB POA Bylaws call for seven members on its Board of Directors.
It wasn’t an official meeting. There was no quorum to conduct business. But much occurred at Monday’s HSB Property Association’s gathering at an improperly noticed board of directors’ meeting.
