Clinesmith, Rowland. elected to POA Board

The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association announced that Cynthia Clinesmith and Joe Dan Rowland were elected to fill the two seats up for election this year on the POA board of directors. This announcement came more than four and a half hours after the special members meeting adjourned. Clint Brown, the attorney for the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association, called the special members meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
