This year marks the 114th Kendall County Fair and Rodeo in Boerne, Texas! We thank the community for their support and dedication for over 100 years! Our journey started in 1905 when a few fellow members of the town decided to organize a community gathering. This event helped to bond the community together by sharing ideas, crops, farming and livestock tips, sewing creations, baked goods, fun and games and so much more!
The quaint Texas Hill Country town of Bertram is preparing itself for this year’s Labor Day event—their 42nd Annual Oatmeal Festival. The festival kicks off on Friday, August 30, in the nearby town of Oatmeal. At 5:03 p.m., arts and crafts stations will be set up and a BBQ dinner will be served for excited guests at the Oatmeal Community Center.
Known best as the boyhood home of Lyndon Baines Johnson, the 36th President of the United States, Johnson City is also home to numerous wineries, aritists, restaurants and popular visitor destinations.
