Fraud Alert From Inspector General
The Office of Inspection General would like to alert everyone to fraudulent automated calls being made to citizens in Texas and elsewhere by individuals posing to be with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Inspector General’s Office. The caller states “your Social Security number has been flagged for fraud” and requests an immediate call back to (512) 637-2871.
