District 21 Runoff Candidates Attend Democrat Forum
Democratic candidates for US Congressional District 21 met in a candidate forum in Johnson City on Sunday night. Joseph Kopser is an entrepreneur and former Army Ranger. Mary Wilson is a minister and social justice advocate. Both call themselves community leaders and have taught at the college level. They came out of a four-way Democratic primary race with Wilson taking 31 percent of the vote and Kopser 29 percent.
