Packing Goodie Boxes for an Early Christmas
Children at the First United Methodist Church in Johnson City packed goodie boxes for Ft Hood troops stationed abroad this fall and winter, as they do every year. The packages are really for Christmas, but since the Post Office put a surcharge on holiday gift mailings, the kids shipped 13 of them early to avoid the extra cost.
