J&J One-Dose vaccine shelved over reaction concerns
On Tuesday morning, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made a recommendation to health departments that were allocated doses of the J&J vaccine to pause administering this vaccine. “The Johnson & Johnson vaccine has not been recalled; the CDC is asking that we pause vaccine rollouts with this vaccine while they investigate reports of blood clots.
