Dear Editor, The Llano Recycling Opportunities was opened September 1996. Last week it was reported that the 20-year old baler needs to be replaced. In the last week we have received two donations with one as a pledge of $1,000 and one for $25. We need your help to purchase a new baler for $15,000. On the south side of the LRO building a storage area for cardboard is just about full, as is the storage area for sorted recyclables inside the building that are waiting for baling and shipment.
