City gets approval on third water board loan
Total savings on 3 loans more than $800K
The Texas Water Development Board on Monday approved a third loan to the City of Llano. The $738,000 loan from the TWDB’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund consists of a $630,000 loan and $108,000 in loan forgiveness. The city will use the assistance to finance the construction costs associated with wastewater system improvements. The city could save approximately $110,000 over the life of the loan, in addition to the loan forgiveness.
