Yesterday was another excellent garden day. The red potatoes have grown tall, and the peach trees are full of tiny peaches and growing fast. Potatoes first— Their origins track to Peru and the extreme north of Bolivia. They were introduced to Europe the second half of the 16th century by the Spanish.
