Lampasas annual Spring Ho Festival offers a full week of activities that are guaranteed to bring excitement to thousands of visitors. The 47th annual Spring Ho will follow the theme of “Let the Good Times Roll”. The festival name celebrates the importance of the natural springs and the history of Lampasas.
The 21th Annual Bandera Riverfest – the Ultimate Riverside Picnic, is almost here! The beautiful Medina River is running strong. Yep! Its time to hit the water, float the beautiful Medina River! Riverfest has everything from water games, music, hot dog & watermelon eating contests, Hula Hoop contest, car show, arts and crafts, and a Bandera Idol competition.
The annual Fredericksburg Community Fourth of July Parade will take place on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 10 a.m. on Main Street. This patriotic event was begun in 1991 by a group of volunteers and has been sponsored and put on totally by volunteers for years.  It is meant to be a celebration of our pride in our country and our independence.

Wow! Can you believe it’s already time for AquaBoom 2018? The 49th Annual AquaBoom will be held on June 30 through July 4 with five fun-filled days of fun and sun, and a little pomp and circumstance thrown in for good measure. With 48 years behind it, for generations this “Granddaddy” of all the Hill Country celebrations has been attended by lifetime residents and new transplants, tourists and locals, young and old.

The Lago Vista & Jonestown Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the City of Jonestown will be putting on the 2nd Annual Jonestown Cajun Cook-Off on Saturday, April 7 from 11:00 am -7:00 pm at Jones Brothers Park in Jonestown Texas. In addition to the competitive teams competing in Gumbo and Etouffe categories, there will be live music from Off the Grid, Clyde and Mighty Pelicans.
