Hike Like a Geologist

Join a geologist for a guided hike through the Enchanted Rock State Natural Area to learn about the area's geological history and how to identify geological features on any trail. The tour includes over an hour of fairly easy hiking and observation, covering a 1.0-mile path around the lower parts of Enchanted Rock.

The hike begins at the gazebo at the base of the Summit Trail. Admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass; otherwise, day passes must be purchased online in advance. Please email Hannah Pickens to reserve a spot.
