President Johnson’s Boyhood Home to be Temporarily Closed for Re-roofing Project April 20 – May 6j
Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park has announced that President Johnson’s boyhood home in Johnson City will be closed for public tours for about two weeks, beginning on Wednesday, April 20, and ending approximately Friday, May 6, 2016. The park is closing the home in order to re-roof the historic home—an important preservation project for the park.
