Smoking Cessation Support Group
In September Hill Country Memorial began hosting a free Quit Smoking Support Group on Wednesdays from 12-1 p.m. at the HCM Wellness Center (1006 S. State Hwy. 16). The support group is for people who want to quit smoking and for those who have already quit and want to continue a smoke-free lifestyle. “If you want to quit smoking, make the commitment to yourself,” said Dawn Sparrow, HCM Smoking Cessation Program Coordinator.
