Hill Country Turbo Kick
The Hill Country Memorial Wellness Center now offers weekly Turbo Kick classes that combine elements of cardio-kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves. “Of all the classes I teach, I burn the most calories teaching Turbo Kick,” said group fitness instructor Christine McCown. “Between the fun music and learning combinations, you don’t fully realize how hard you are working.” McCown, a certified Turbo Kick instructor, will teach the class on Wednesdays from 11:15 a.m.
