Foth Found Guilty
A Blanco County jury sentenced Timothy Wade Foth to multiple terms of life in prison for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Blanco County woman in 2016. The criminal case, tried in the 424th District Court last week, ended in a conviction on five of six counts, based on an investigation into kidnapping, sexual assault and robbery by the Blanco County Sheriff’s department that began 17 months ago.
