Theresa Friesenhahn received an award honoring her exceptional customer service record in Arlington, Texas.
Theresa Friesenhahn of Salem Insurance in Marble Falls Tx was named the 2018 Texas Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year. The award was presented on May 19, 2018 at a ceremony in Arlington, Tx by the Texas Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). The PIA Texas CSR of the Year award is given annually to an outstanding customer service representative who works for a PIA member insurance agency.
