The Johnson City Art Walk takes place downtown the last Saturday of every month. Residents and art lovers join in on a special night where galleries open their doors to promote and share their special collections. The First Gallery in Town In 2005, when Susan Kirchman and her husband Warren decided to purchase a home in the Hill Country, Johnson City had one art gallery.
