Robert Frank “Robbie” Penick Jr. of Johnson City died July 28, 2021. He was born Sept. 1, 1943 in Houston, to Robert F. Penick, Sr. and Joyce Adele Schmid Penick. Robbie proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy for eight years. He was also a very proud Texas A&M graduate.
