Council Approves Proposed Tax Rate
At the regularly called meeting of the City of Llano City Council held Monday, August 3, Council unanimously approved setting the proposed tax rate for the coming fiscal year at .43 cents per $100 assessed value of property. The rate, which is about three cents higher then the current rate, would raise approximately $647,464 in tax revenue for the City.
