Dear Editor, How the City of Llano spends the money we pay into it sometimes looks quite unclear. Here are two city expenses that don’t look clear, but affect my small neighborhood: (1) Council approved an agenda item to spend $58,000 to clear an alley. Before the vote, Councilman Todd Keller stated that was more money than the surrounding land is worth.
