It was a perfect day in Llano for a parade, but...
On Wednesday evening the cancellations started coming in, from Lampasas, San Saba, Kingsland, Stonewall and Llano. They continued early on Thursday morning, and at the same time, the chairperson for the parade and the Llano Chamber of Commerce, sponsors of the parade, were in a heated discussion on what to do.
