Llivin` Llavida Llano: New in 1942, new look in 2016
Trey and Bryant Ratliff held a ribbon cutting and open house with the Llano Chamber of Commerce, along with Patsy Parker, an employee of Ratliff Chevrolet for 38 years, and Curtis Jackson for 40 years.

Bailey Bryant Ratliff opened up for business in 1942 at the corner of Oatman & Main Street offering Dodge and Plymouth vehicles to Llano. At the time, you could buy a Plymouth Special Deluxe for $935 or a Dodge ½ Ton Express Pick up for $651, but this was also the year after Pearl Harbor was bombed, so vehicles were a little scarce at the time.
