Dispatcher turns self in after felony warrant issued
A dispatcher for the Llano County Sheriff’s Office turned herself in last week after being wanted on a felony warrant. Kathy Osbourn, 62, of Llano, was booked into Llano County Jail on Saturday after turning herself into authorities on a felony warrant for hindering apprehension or prosecution of a known felon, which is a third degree felony.
