Dear Editor, About Llano Recycling Opportunity and Llano Special Opportunity Center, a reminder, that though somewhat connected, these are two separate entities. At present, Llano Recycling Opportunity (LRO) is in desperate need of a new baler for the facility and is actively seeking funds and community support to continue operation. It is a non-profit organization and contributions are fully tax deductible.
