Commissioners hear housing foundation annual report
The Llano County Commissioners received the annual report of the Texas Housing Foundation at Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting. The foundation has 216 housing units in Llano County, with 64 family units in Llano, 76 family units in Kingsland and 76 senior citizen family units in Kingsland, with rent ranging from $530 to $725 per month based on size. Johnny White, foundation board member, who is also pastor at The Church at Horseshoe Bay, said rent is based on a formula.
