Commissioners concerned with rising mandatory court costs
Llano County Commissioners expressed their concerns about rising mandatory court and legal costs at Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting. Precinct 2 Commissioner Linda Raschke asked that accounts payable be pulled from the consent agenda to discuss the rising legal costs. She said the Child Protective Services attorney and guardian ad litem expenses were more than $23,000 in the last month.
