Ranger marker dedication ceremony is March 18

The public is invited to attend the dedication of Texas Ranger metal cross markers on the grave sites of four former Texas Rangers buried in the Tow Cemetery on Saturday, March 18, at 2 p.m. The Rangers are: Columbus Barton, Matthew B. Clendennen, William Tow (father) and William Riley Tow (son). The event is sponsored by the Former Texas Rangers Association, the Llano County Historical Commission, the Tow Cemetery Association and the families of the honored men.
