City accepts portion of East Houston Street
The Llano City council accepted a portion of East Houston Street at Monday’s council meeting. In a 4-0-1 vote, with councilman Glenn Conner abstaining, the council accepted by implication the portion of East Houston Street between Chattanooga and Wells avenues. Councilman Paul Hull said it was time for the city to accept the street and fix an issue that wasn’t properly handled in the past. “These are platted city lots,” he said.
