Nonnie’s Kitchen: Field trip to Groomer’s fresh seafood market
A field trip to Grommer’s fresh seafood market in San Antonio will take place on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Groomer’s offers a wide selection of fresh fish (150 types when I visited a week ago). The tour will include behind the scenes watching employees cut up fresh seafood with an explanation of the process and types of fish.
