The Llano City Council looks to have bed and breakfast regulations in place by the new year. After a lengthy discussion and hearing several public comments, the council voted unanimously at Monday’s regularly scheduled meeting to continue operating by the rules in place for the establishment of bed and breakfasts until new rules could be put in place.
