Council postpones request to allow older manufactured home
The Llano City Council handled mostly routine items at Monday’s meeting. The council discussed at length whether to allow a manufactured home that is 25 years old at 802 W. Houston Street by use of a specific use permit. The property is in a SF4 (single family 4) district. At issue is an ordinance which limits the placement of manufactured homes in most circumstances.
