Llano County man gets two life sentences for sexual assault
A 69-year old Llano County man was convicted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault with a child, and was sentenced to two life sentences. Billy Rousch was found guilty by a Llano jury on the two counts. Judge Evan Stubbs sentenced Roush to two life sentences which were then “stacked,” so they must be served consecutively.
