The City of Llano is currently in Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan, it was announced in an email blast early Tuesday afternoon. The blast also said the city will likely move to Stage 2 in the next 7-10 days. Stage 1 is voluntary water restrictions of landscape irrigation with automatic irrigation and hose-end sprinklers to twice a week on designated watering days during the hours of midnight to 10 a.m.
