Council looks at drought plan
The Llano City Council on Monday looked at changes to the city's drought plan. After an almost hour-long discussion on potential changes to the city’s drought plan, the city council asked for additional changes before a vote on the measure. It is on the agenda for a special-called meeting at 5:30 p.m.
