The Importance of Ethics
What does ethics or being ethical mean to you? Ethics are the moral codes and values by which we live our lives. I often think about the old saying “Who are you when no one is watching?” To me, how I act when no one is watching shows my true ethical character. Ethics are not just about your feelings, laws, or social norms, because all these things can be associated with actions that can deviate from what is ethical.
