In this case the story couldn't be truer. The Highland Lakes Area CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocate (probably the most appropriate acronym ever), graduated two new advocates Wednesday afternoon in their office in Kingsland.  Now more than ever, advocates are needed to help the abused and neglected children of the Highland Lakes counties of Llano, Lampasas, Blanco, Burnet, and San Saba. There are currently 243 kids (38 in Llano county) and over 7 ...
