City of Granite Shoals Fights Environmental Crimes
On April 10, in an investigation started by Burnet County Precinct 4 Constable Missy Bindseil, and then Investigator Chris Cowan, felony charges were brought against Levi Baay, age 19. Bayy was charged with Illegal Dumping greater than 1,000 lbs., greater than 200 cubic feet, Health and Safety Code 365.012, which is a State Jail Felony.
