LCRA Approved to Conserve More than 20 Species
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has approved the Lower Colorado River Authority’s Transmission Services Corporation’s (LCRA TSC) Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) and associated Incidental Take Permit (ITP).
