Once an Adult, Twice a Child... Rationalization seems to be a place of constant retreat, where they know me by my first name. Writers and speakers often believe their comments to be fresh--perhaps never before read or heard--and certainly not to be categorized as being “corny.” Count me in as a charter member of the rationalizing group--particularly verbally for stories, jokes and accounts.
