Chilies Rellenos Casserole This is a great recipe when you have company coming. You can make this ahead time. I think you could even freeze it. Its one my favorite recipes my sister makes. Serve it with a side salad (I like to serve it with a guacamole salad) and some tortillas and you’ll have a complete meal. 1 lb.
