Koch Kaese (0ld Version) I know there are some of you out there that remember “Koch Kaese”. Koch Kaese is a German Cheese, meaning “Cook Cheese”. I have wonderful memories of my Granny Geistweidt making it when ever one of us was sick. It always seemed to make us feel better. Heat 1 ½ to 2 gallons clabbered milk in enamel pot until you can hardly keep your finger in it.
