City Still Seeking Answers to Conflict of Interest Questions Monday night's regularly scheduled City Commission meeting continued the effort to clarify and put to rest any conflict of interest questions concerning the use of an engineering firm owned by Mayor Brent Hinckley's son. The meeting began with Mayor Hinckley recusing himself from the discussion and Mayor Pro Tem, William Beaty, taking over the conducting of the proceedings.
