Tamale Loaf I found this recipe in the San Angelo Standard Times from 1963. It was submitted to the “Angelo Woman’s Concho Cookery Cooking contest”. My mother never threw anything away, especially recipes. (Gee, I wondered where I got that from.) I hope you enjoy this dish. It is a different “twist” on meat loaf.
