Heart Health and Sleep Presentation Feb. 16
Hill Country Memorial will host “Red in Mason,” a free heart health presentation at Lea Lou’s Co-op on Thurs., Feb. 16. A complimentary dinner will be provided at 6 p.m. followed by a presentation on the connection between sleep disorders and heart health. The presentation includes a question-and-answer session with HCM sleep technologist Theresa Cochran and cardiac rehabilitation nurse Patsy Glasscock.
