Best Ever Gingersnaps courtesy: Barbara Blanton This recipe will yield about 50 cookies and I think you’ll be amazed at how quickly they will disappear from your cookie jar! It’s one of the few recipes that I’ve made that I say, “I would not change a thing.” These are rather “soft” gingersnaps, unlike most, which I find attractive.
