Successful Hometown Author Returns for Old Yeller Day
Kayla Hahn Olson, daughter of Mark and Dawn Hahn and granddaughter of Helen Hahn, graduated from Mason High School in 2000. Recently this “hometown girl” has made it big! Kayla’s debut novel, THE SANDCASTLE EMPIRE—a near-future sci- fi thriller about a global war that erupts in the wake of environmental change—came out on June 6, 2017, from HarperTeen.
