Three members of the Hobart College football were named to the D3football.com All-East teams which were announced yesterday. Seniors Shane Sweeney (Geneva/Phelps, N.Y.) and Rio Schmidt (Mason/Mason, Texas) earned a spot on the second team and first-year Kyle Hackett (Worcester Academy/Charlton, Mass.) garnered third team recognition. The most prolific passer in Hobart history, Sweeney owns nearly every Statesmen game, season and career passing record.
